How do I start?
Create an account, enroll in a program, then open the first lesson and run the code.
How do I earn a certificate?
Complete required lessons, assessments and projects. The achievement page lists every remaining requirement.
Do I need to install Python?
The practice lab runs in your browser. Internet access is needed to load the Python runtime initially.
How your data is used
The academy stores your name, email, progress, submissions and results to support learning and assessment. Authorized institution staff and assigned instructors can access records needed for their work.
Your profile and portfolio are private by default. Share cards require your consent and their links can be revoked. Public certificates display name, program, completion date and validity, never your email or submissions.
When you use the tutor, your message, code and lesson context are sent to the administrator-configured service. Do not include personal data, keys or passwords. The academy records usage metadata without retaining conversation text in usage logs.
The Python lab loads its core runtime from the academy server; optional packages may load from jsDelivr. Code runs in the browser; the server does not execute student Python. Fonts load from Google Fonts. These providers receive connection data needed to serve files.
To access, correct or request deletion of your data, contact the administrator. Your institution defines retention under its policy. Use the academy for legitimate learning and respect others’ work.
